30-Day Smooth-Head Guarantee

We want you to love your shave. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days from delivery.

To start a return, email us at hi@sleekdome.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Faulty or damaged items

Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund at no cost. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other local consumer laws.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

No subscriptions

We never enrol you in recurring billing.
